Current Condition

The conservatory, without doubt, is in much need of care and attention, but we dispute the council’s assertion that the building is dangerous and could be ‘blown over in the next strong gust of wind’. Here is a gallery of pictures from July 2019.

Another feature of the restoration was the use of plastic guttering and (again) a lack of maintenance - such as clearing those gutters. Here the result was inevitable; choked gutters collapse.
